In the great hall at Lammermoor, guests hail the union of two important families.
Ladies of the castle perform a welcoming dance (left), while Enrico (Yevgeny Yablonovsky) enthusiastically welcomes Arturo (Michael Sugrue, right) to Lammermoor. He has probably also noticed the boxes of jewels Arturos pages are delivering to Lucia.
