Karen Bojti (mezzo soprano) is a singer/actress living in Toronto. She has a Specialist BA in Drama from the University of Toronto, and has studied singing at the Royal Conservatory of Music. She is currently studying with Tom Oliver at his Voice Concepts studio. As the Theatre Resource Centres General Manager, Karen has spent many years studying clown, movement and mask. She has played a variety of roles, from Buttercup in Starship Pinafore (an adaptation of H.M.S. Pinafore) to the Witch in Into the Woods to Trinculo in The Tempest. She is thrilled to be making her operatic début with such a talented group of singers, musicians, and organizers.
