Sinéad holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queens University at Kingston and an Artist Diploma in Voice from the Glenn Gould School of Music. In March 2003 Sinéad was the winner of the prestigious Louis Quilico Competition. She has performed as The Queen of the Night in The Magic Flute, Susanna from The Marriage of Figaro and Satirino in La Calisto. In the summer of 2003, she sang in the Canadian premiere of The Ballad of Baby Doe in the title role of Baby Doe with Summer Opera Lyric Theatre. Sinéad has sung with Michael Burgess and the famous Canadian tenor, Ermanno Mauro with the 2003 Boris Brott Music Festivals. She has performed in concert with the National Arts Orchestra at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa. Upcoming engagements include: soprano soloist in Mozart's Requiem Mass and Salieris Emperor Mass and as a soloist with the Oakville Symphony for their 2003/2004 season. She was a featured guest artist with the York Symphony this past February 2003. Sinéad is co-owner of a musical production company Diva!Diva!Diva! which provides performance opportunities for young singers.
