Born in Cairo, Egypt. Studied engineering in Austria and Germany, and completed his PhD in Chemical Physics at York University. In recent years he began voice lessons, first with Rosemarie Danzinger, then joined Centuries Opera and continued his studies with tenor Michele Strano. Has performed in La Boheme, LElisir dAmore and Carmen. Sings with Coro Verdi, and is continuing his studies with Giuseppe Macina.
