Caught in the act of fleeing from the attempted rape of Donna Anna, Don Giovanni (Vladimir Radian, left) is confronted by her father, the Commendatore (Frank de Jong), and forced to defend himself.

The old man is no match for the young Giovannis swordsmanship, and is fatally wounded...

to be discovered moments later by his horrified daughter (Karen Fairbairn, kneeling), her fiancé Don Ottavio (William Parker, left) and the palace servants.

Consumed by a desire for vengeance, she seizes Don Ottavios sword, and together they pledge to find her fathers murderer, and bring him to justice.
