Adolfo De Santis is a Canadian-born musician who has lived and studied in Italy, graduating with distinction in piano, composition and orchestral conducting. He has won several national competitions, and taken the top prize in the Stresa International Chamber Music Competition. He made his Canadian debut in early 1998 in his hometown of Mississauga, and has since played with and/or conducted many concerts, collaborating with opera singers, choirs, and chamber groups. He is currently working as coach and director for Toronto Opera Repertoire and its artistic director, Giuseppe Macina.
